By registering you consent to our policies and understand that this information may be viewed by school authorities, fulfillment staff (i.e. restaurant employees) and our representatives to maintain and fulfill the service. 1.2 By placing an order with this service you understand that your order details will also be visible and used to fulfill the order. 1.3 When you register/link a student the student's name, grade, teacher and order details will be seen by the school authority, our representatives, and fulfillment staff (i.e. restaurant production team) in order to fulfill the order. 1.4 Payment information is required to place an order via the SchoolOrdering.com Website. Credit Card details are not stored or retained by SchoolOrdering.com, however, if you request that we store your credit card details to make future payments easier, your credit card details will be stored by the PCI-complaint payment gateway. SchoolOrdering.com will only store a unique token (reference number) to those credit card details. This secure token is what will be stored and used to make future quick-checkout payments. 2. Use of your personal information 2.1 Any information you provide is used primarily to fulfill any order that you submit. The information may also be used to generate analytic reports (sch as your order history) in order to help us improve the solution. 2.2 You may be contacted by the school authorities or our representative to communicate order confirmations, changes, order issues, or website updates. 2.3 You may contact the school authorities, or us directly, if you would like your information to be removed from this system. 2.3 At no time will Information be shared with a third party outside the scope of fulfilling this service. 3. Website Security 3.1 We take online security seriously and have implemented many security measures to protect your personal information. Access to the website may require a username and password. It is your responsibility to keep your password secret, and it is your responsibility to log out of the website when your session is complete. In our database, we encrypt personally identifiable user and student information wherever possible so that it is not openly visible to even our own staff, or to a potential hacker. We employee numerous programming and technology solutions to prevent and/or limit online intrusions. 3.2 When credit card payments are required, we secure the website with an SSL certificate (the httpS protocol). This is the same encryption technique used worldwide for online banking. Our payment process is also PCI certified. 3.3 Unfortunately, no data transmission over the internet or data storage system can be guaranteed to be 100% secure, regardless of the company hosting it. 1.1 Items offered or sold through this system may be free or paid. Item prices are indicated during the ordering process and all prices are in Canadian dollars unless otherwise indicated. You will have an opportunity to review your order, and item details, before making payment. It is your responsibility to check your order for accuracy before submitting it. 2. Refunds and Order Cancellations 2.1. Once you place an order it is final. You may request a cancellation before your order is fulfilled, however, we cannot guarantee a cancellation since every school and every vendor may have different processing timelines. We may be able to accept a cancellation if enough time permits. 2.2 Refunds will be granted if we, or the school, or fulfillment vendor make an error with your order. Please notify us, or the school authority, within 48 hours of the error. All other refund requests must be made to us, or the school authority, within 48 hours of the order submission. We will review the reason for the refund request and advise on the final decision. Refunds are not guaranteed. A refund request may result in a Credit being added to your SchoolOrdering.com account for a future purchase. General Use / Terms & Conditions1: About us

We are a registered and Federally Incorporated Company in Canada. We offer meals and products that are provided to students from various vendors/suppliers/schools. "SO" provides an ordering platform for schools, bridging the gap between parents and vendors/suppliers, eliminating paperwork and helping parents / guardians access products quickly and conveniently through our website. 2: Purchasing Meals/Products SchoolOrdering.com provides a platform that allows customers to purchase products from various vendors/suppliers. The vendor/supplier is fully responsible for the quality of the product and any and all liabilities that may cause you to suffer, directly or indirectly, in full or in part, whether related to the use or consumption of a product including but not limited to injuries, illnesses, damages, claims and costs. You waive and release "SO" and its subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, employees and agents from any liabilities arising from or related to any act or omission in connection with your use of a product.
